At the same time our teachers are certified Iyengar Yoga also giving a systematic ongoing support.The training of teachers in the lineage of Kashmir Shaivism has a full program of conscious work with breathing and movement, where you learn through techniques Shatkarmas (yogic cleansing) and through postures, understand and practice distributes pranic body or vital energy throughout the body, and at the same time, we realize our mental body through the Tantric meditation and visualization, reaching the emotional level through Bhakti and Jnana Yoga, thus providing the yogic techniques for physical, mental and spiritual alignment.

The first level is for yoga practitioners who wish to become certified and internationally as yoga teachers also meditators, philosophers and scholars of Eastern cultures. We welcome those who are in the way of teaching therapeutic, yogic techniques and body wishing to refine their skills as teachers and want to delve into philosophy and tradition of Tantra Shivaita Kashmir.
Participants who complete the course receive a certificate with international recognition for registration with the Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and 200 Hours (RYT-200).
Level I has a total of 200 hours spread over four weeks.
To receive the certificate with the Yoga Alliance is necessary to complete the required 180 hours of work.
The 20 hours of no contact is used to write a report, prepared class, studying for an exam without notes to reevaluate the process itself and design-issue a Yoga session.
BodyWords plans to offer the Level II (300 hours) to complete the RYT-500 Yoga Alliance certification next year.

Amit Raina (Om Ji)
He was born in Srinagar - Kashmir (Kashmir) in the Himalayan region -India in a Brahmin family. His grandfather was a disciple of Swami Ram Ji who is descended from Abninavagupta. Her mother Krishna teaches Sanskrit and his father Dwarka Nath is a mathematician and practitioner of Yoga, are devotees of Lord Shiva to be in the region of the Himalayas. Amit was born immersed in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism being part of the community of Kashmiri Pandits, grew around masters like Swami Lakshman Joo Raina and begins to have interest in spirituality from an early age. Knowing that life is much more than what you see with your eyes and what is perceived by the mind, he began practicing yoga and meditation from an early age. In the city of Pune while working as an engineer and during deep meditation has a vision after which decides to withdraw from the comfort of your life and start traveling the Himalayas, living in various ashrams.
He studied and graduated from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, in the ancient holy city of Haridwar on the banks of the Ganges at the Faculty of Oriental Studies in the Philosophy of Hatha Yoga in Gurukula where you learn in Hindi language Hatha traditional yoga learned the art of kriyas and Shatkarma, the yogic pranayama cleanings and then went to Bihar School of yoga in Munger, where he received a certificate in yogic Studies, deepening Nidra yoga, Karma and Bhakti yoga.
Amit is a student of Iyengar Yoga Institute Ramamani in Pune for over ten years, where he learned the proper use of props and supports, pranayamas, correct posture, body alignment and adjustments in asana, is certified Iyengar yoga teacher BKS Iyengar.
Subsequently deepened in physiotherapy and yoga teachers associated with Kashmir Shaivism. He also studied various scriptures of Tantra at the feet of teachers who bows his head with deep respect.
He has developed a new form of yoga that incorporates the wisdom of Tantra Shivaita Kashmir with the practices of yoga, broadcasting today's philosophy, experience and wisdom to thousands. At the same time knowing the importance of his legacy, Amit travels around the world and now share the real meaning of Tantra.
