From Dharamshala at the foot of the Himalayas in India and for the first time in in Mexico, an international yoga certification will be offered in the method of the school of Kashmir Shaivism. First 200 hour intensive level guaranteed in India and with the Yoga Alliance.

 

The technique has its origin in the direct lineage of the Tantric philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism of the Himalayas in northern India. The ancient tradition of non-dual path, the will, the Kriya-action and that leads us to live daily life in full consciousness regardless of gender, shape or color, this is a great opportunity for those wishing to access a yoga training with a teacher born in tradition, but with vision and contemporary communication, holding an important lineage in the path of yoga.

 

At the same time our teachers are certified Iyengar Yoga also giving a systematic ongoing support.The training of teachers in the lineage of Kashmir Shaivism has a full program of conscious work with breathing and movement, where you learn through techniques Shatkarmas (yogic cleansing) and through postures, understand and practice distributes pranic body or vital energy throughout the body, and at the same time, we realize our mental body through the Tantric meditation and visualization, reaching the emotional level through Bhakti and Jnana Yoga, thus providing the yogic techniques for physical, mental and spiritual alignment.

The school has conducted trainings in South Africa, Arab, Emirates Singapore and India where yoga teachers have formed around the world including Greece, Spain, Australia, Russia, Germany, France, Peru, Poland, Canada, USA, Colombia, Belgium, Netherlands , Sweden, Switzerland and of course, Mexico, among other countries. Graduates of schools in different parts of the world have established their centers, schools and professionally involved with their teaching that make up the bodywork, yoga therapy and Kashmir Tantric philosophy as a way of healing.

 

Nohemí Ferrer, Creative Director BodyWords and teacher of Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Acroyoga, made such certifiacion directly in Dharamsala, India, and this had such an impact on his training as a yoga teacher who has decided to bring these teachings to the City of Mexico.

OBJECTIVES    

 

Live and deeply understand the philosophy and techniques of Tantric Shaivism of Kashmir.    

Awakening body wisdom and reconnect mind, body and spirit in everyday life.    

Clean and dilute physical, emotional and mental blocks.    

Establish a body alignment and adjustment in Asanas through work with different elements as supports and props.    

Provide a solid and clear basis for the student in the techniques of Yoga teacher and to become gradually.     Provide the necessary to enrich the practice of Yoga and teach authentically.    

Understand how the psychosomatic connection through knowledge and practice.    

Include specific needs of individuals and special populations, as far as possible in a group setting.    

Discover the right style to establish a detailed asana practice.

The first level is for yoga practitioners who wish to become certified and internationally as yoga teachers also meditators, philosophers and scholars of Eastern cultures. We welcome those who are in the way of teaching therapeutic, yogic techniques and body wishing to refine their skills as teachers and want to delve into philosophy and tradition of Tantra Shivaita Kashmir.

 

Participants who complete the course receive a certificate with international recognition for registration with the Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and 200 Hours (RYT-200).

 

 

PROGRAM

 

Level I has a total of 200 hours spread over four weeks.

 

To receive the certificate with the Yoga Alliance is necessary to complete the required 180 hours of work.

 

The 20 hours of no contact is used to write a report, prepared class, studying for an exam without notes to reevaluate the process itself and design-issue a Yoga session.

 

BodyWords plans to offer the Level II (300 hours) to complete the RYT-500 Yoga Alliance certification next year.

From Monday to Saturday      

 

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Tantric Meditation, Kriyas, Asanas, Breaths, Warm, Yogic Pranayama and Cleaning

 

10:30 AM to 11: 45 AM - Methodology of Teaching Yoga

 

11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Yoga Anatomy and Physiology

 

1 PM to 2 PM - Philosophy (First two weeks past two weeks Vedanta and Tantra)

 

2 PM to 2:15 PM - Mantras, Sanskrit and Songs

 

2:30 PM to 3:30 PM - Yoga class (according to the Weekly Calendar)

 

3:30 PM to 4:30 PM - Practice teaching, questions, organize report.

 

* Free Sundays and Saturdays until 3:30 PM

 

We will have a teaching practice in the Pyramids of Teotihuacan power to charge us doing yoga under the majestic Pyramids of the Sun and Moon (Ha-Tha).

1. Integrative Yoga - Kashmir Shaivism: alignment, chants and mantras, adjustments, breathing exercises and warm-ups.

2. Lunar Yoga Restorative Yoga learning to use therapeutic tools: strings / fabrics, chairs, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to tailor each position according to specific cases.

3. Solar Yoga: Vinyasa (practical dynamics) which will deepen the use of bandhas, breathing and meditation in motion.

4. Gurukula Traditional Hatha: Kriya and shatkarma, cleaning and unblocking body.

Amit Raina (Om Ji)

 

He was born in Srinagar - Kashmir (Kashmir) in the Himalayan region -India in a Brahmin family. His grandfather was a disciple of Swami Ram Ji who is descended from Abninavagupta. Her mother Krishna teaches Sanskrit and his father Dwarka Nath is a mathematician and practitioner of Yoga, are devotees of Lord Shiva to be in the region of the Himalayas. Amit was born immersed in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism being part of the community of Kashmiri Pandits, grew around masters like Swami Lakshman Joo Raina and begins to have interest in spirituality from an early age. Knowing that life is much more than what you see with your eyes and what is perceived by the mind, he began practicing yoga and meditation from an early age. In the city of Pune while working as an engineer and during deep meditation has a vision after which decides to withdraw from the comfort of your life and start traveling the Himalayas, living in various ashrams.

 

He studied and graduated from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, in the ancient holy city of Haridwar on the banks of the Ganges at the Faculty of Oriental Studies in the Philosophy of Hatha Yoga in Gurukula where you learn in Hindi language Hatha traditional yoga learned the art of kriyas and Shatkarma, the yogic pranayama cleanings and then went to Bihar School of yoga in Munger, where he received a certificate in yogic Studies, deepening Nidra yoga, Karma and Bhakti yoga.

 

Amit is a student of Iyengar Yoga Institute Ramamani in Pune for over ten years, where he learned the proper use of props and supports, pranayamas, correct posture, body alignment and adjustments in asana, is certified Iyengar yoga teacher BKS Iyengar.

 

Subsequently deepened in physiotherapy and yoga teachers associated with Kashmir Shaivism. He also studied various scriptures of Tantra at the feet of teachers who bows his head with deep respect.

 

He has developed a new form of yoga that incorporates the wisdom of Tantra Shivaita Kashmir with the practices of yoga, broadcasting today's philosophy, experience and wisdom to thousands. At the same time knowing the importance of his legacy, Amit travels around the world and now share the real meaning of Tantra.
